A 747-400 cargo plane slid off the runway at SeaTac Airport Monday afternoon in snow and freezing weather. Mike Fergus, spokesman for the Federal Aviation Administration in Seattle, said Flight 5321, operated by Dynasty Air/ Ocean Freight Company, lost control on landing and went off the end of Runway 34L at about 4 p.m
